How to manage a "Distribution list"?

After its creation in TUMonline (cf. chapters 10.1, 10.2, 10.3), the object "Distribution list" is ready to be managed or used.

Use via "Outlook Web App (OWA)"

• It’s easy to call this object comfortably via "Outlook Web App (OWA)" by using a normal web browser from home or every place of the world with internet access.
• You are able to use all "Distribution lists" existing in the global address book.

Use via mail-client (Outlook, Thunderbird for Windows, MAC)

• By using a mail-client (Outlook, Thunderbird), you are able to use all "Distribution lists" existing in the global address book.

Content-Management

• If you want to manage content of a "Dstribution list", you have to do that in TUMonline. For more information, please consult chapter 2.1 of the manual.
