TUM warning system (catastrophe notification)

HR6 for safety and radiation protection, as well as department F13 at the School of Informatics (Prof. Baumgarten), are working closely together to develop a web application for triggering mass notifications in case of emergencies. This app is designed to quickly notify and warn large numbers of people according to government guidelines. Key points of the project include:

• Simple user interface
• Compatibility with all common browsers
• Clear processes
• Identification of possible information channels (e-mail distribution list, app, news spread, etc.)
• Safety

The TUM warning system is part of a series of TUM-Apps developed by members of the university.
