How Much Storage Space is Allocated to My Exchange Account?

TUM members automatically get a quota (storage space) on the Exchange system (as at April 2018):

An individual enlargment of these quotas is possible for employees.

To free storage you should

Empty the SPAM Folder ("Junk-E-Mail"),
Empty the folder "deleted elements",
Clean up from time to time - not every document and not every single version of every document must be kept,
Archive older e-mails.
