IT-Servicecenter (ITSZ)

IT-Servicecenter is responsible for any issues affecting the overall IT infrastructure at the TUM. Below you will find a wide range of information about us and our activities. 

Mission

The TUM created the IT-Servicecenter (ITSZ) in 2011 with the aim of bundling the university's IT expertise.

Systems Operation

One of the primary tasks of the ITSZ is the operation of strategically important IT systems such as the MyTUM-Portal, TUMonline and SAP.

IT-Services Coordination

Web management, identity management, IT communication & more: The IT-Management unit is responsible for overall coordination of the central IT services.

Media & eLearning

eLearning, design & media: The Media Center supports members of the university in the design, development, production and use of eLearning and media in research, teaching and public relations activities.

IT-Support

IT Support is the primary point of contact for all questions and problems related to IT at the university.
